NZ Dynasty Slot Syndicate Terms & Conditions

By becoming an NZ Dynasty slot syndicate member, you understand and accept our Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions set out below.
1.0) Syndicate Operations
1.1) A $50 joining fee applies when joining the syndicate.
1.1)1. Joining fees are non-refundable.
1.1)2. Leaving and re-joining the syndicate will incur a joining fee.
1.1)3. Leaving the syndicate will require a 1 month exclusion period before being eligible to rejoin.
1.2) NZ Dynasty streamers will perform a live stream on behalf of the NZ Dynasty Syndicate at least once a month using member’s contribution funds in an effort to win more money by gambling some or all of the funds.
1.3) A members monthly contribution amount is determined by their selected tier level.
Contribution Tier Levels:
Tier 1 - $50
Tier 2 - $100
Tier 3 - $150
1.4) All cash outs performed on behalf of the NZ Dynasty Syndicate by NZ Dynasty streamers will incur a 5% streamers commission for each profitable withdrawal. In the event of a withdrawal resulting in a loss, no commission will be paid to the streamer.
1.5) All mentions of currency in this agreement is referred to as New Zealand Dollars.
1.3) Members may choose to skip a cash run only once within a 3 month period.
2.0) Syndicate Monthly Cash Runs
2.1) Every month an NZ Dynasty streamer will perform a live stream playing an online casino using syndicate members contributed funds.
2.2) Upon a successful cash out by the NZ Dynasty Streamer on behalf of the NZ Dynasty Syndicate, a split pay out proportional to each eligible membership tier multiplier will be awarded.
2.2)1. A 5% commission of the total cash out will be deducted and awarded to the streamer (no commission will be paid in the event of a loss), the remaining 95% will divided amongst eligible syndicate contributors.
2.3) Monthly syndicate cash runs are uncapped with a split pay out multiplier applied relative to the members tier level.
Tier Level Multipliers:
Tier 1 – 1x Split Multiplier - Uncapped.
Tier 2 – 2x Split Multiplier - Uncapped.
Tier 3 – 3x Split Multiplier - Uncapped.
2.4) Syndicate members who fail to pay their monthly membership contribution in any month will not be eligible to receive the cash run payment for that month.
2.5) NZ Dynasty Syndicate streamers may choose to perform a supplemental cash run during any month in which case members will be offered a chance to participate in the supplemental cash run for a share of any cash outs performed on that run.
2.5)1. A member tier contribution will be payable for all members wishing to participate in supplemental cash runs.
2.5)2. The same conditions as set out in section 2.0) will apply to all supplemental cash runs.
3.0) Syndicate Boosted Cash Runs
3.1) NZ Dynasty Streamers may perform a boosted cash run on behalf of the NZ Dynasty Syndicate on any given day.
3.2) The syndicate will boost the play balance with an agreed amount.
3.3) The boosted amount will be repayable in the event of a successful withdrawal in accordance with tier multiplier calculations but will not exceed the initial amount used to boost the play balance.
3.4) The boosted tier multiplier will be equivalent to 1x tier multiplier per $50 boosted cash.
Boosted Tier Multiplier Example:
Boosted Amount - $500.
Boosted Tier – 10x Multiplier Capped at $500.
Tier 1 - $50 Contribution. = 1x Multiplier Uncapped.
Tier 2 - $100 Contribution. = 2x Multiplier Uncapped.
Tier 3 - $150 Contribution. = 3x Multiplier Uncapped.
3.5) NZ Dynasty Syndicate members will be offered the opportunity to join in on the boosted cash run by contributing a membership tier for this run.
3.6) Upon a successful cash out by the NZ Dynasty streamer on behalf of the NZ Dynasty Syndicate, a 5% streamer commission will be deducted (no commission will be paid in the event of a loss), and a split pay out proportional to the boosted tier multiplier and all eligible contributing multiplier tiers will be calculated and awarded to all eligible participating members.
3.7) Syndicate boosted cash runs are uncapped with a split pay out awarded to participating members relative to the boosted tier multiplier and all eligible contributing multiplier tiers.
3.8) Syndicate members who do not contribute in the boosted cash runs will not be eligible to receive the boosted cash run payment for that run.
4.0) Syndicate Bonus Daily Runs
4.1) No longer applicable. Ended 14/09/2023.
5.0) Streamer Only Runs
5.1) In some cases, NZ Dynasty streamers may perform or continue a stream without involving the NZ Dynasty Syndicate by using their own or non-syndicate funds.
5.1)1. No member pay outs will be awarded in this instance, and all funds gained during this session will belong solely to the streamer involved.
6.0) Syndicate Participation
6.1) You are joining the syndicate for yourself and not on behalf of anyone else.
6.2) You are not forbidden to participate in such syndicate activities by law or any other legal declaration.
6.3) You are over the age of 18 years and are above the legal age permitted to participate in such syndicate activities in accordance with your region, province, state, or country’s laws and regulations.
6.4) By joining the NZ Dynasty Syndicate, you become a contributor and must contribute monthly to remain a member of the NZ Dynasty Syndicate.
6.5) All contributions must be paid before the 15th of each month to be eligible as a syndicate member.
6.6) By joining as a syndicate member, and paying your applicable contribution tier, you are committing to your membership tier which becomes non-refundable. Your involvement in the cash run is locked in, and any eligible split pay outs will be awarded to you.
6.7) Members who do not contribute in any month will not be paid any split winnings for that month and will be at risk of membership termination.
6.8) Contributions made after the 15th of the month are not eligible to receive any split pay outs for NZ Dynasty Syndicate cash outs unless the payment was cleared before the start of the cash run. Failing this, contributions after the 15th of the month will be eligible for participation during the following month cash run.
7.0) Membership Pay Outs
7.1) All member funds will be held by the designated syndicate treasurer.
7.2) Syndicate members may request a withdrawal from their accumulated split winnings for either a partial amount or the full amount owing.
7.3) Withdrawals can only be requested after 1 full calendar month has passed since joining the syndicate.
7.4) Member split winnings are calculated and credited to each syndicate member following a successful cash out by the NZ Dynasty streamer where the streamer performed on behalf of the NZ Dynasty Syndicate.
8.0) Membership Termination
8.1) Skipping more than 1 cash run during a 3 month period may result in your membership being terminated.
8.1)1. Members who are continuously contributing late (After the 15th of the month) may have their membership terminated.
8.2) Members may end their syndicate membership should they wish to do so.
8.2)1. Syndicate membership benefits will remain active until the end of the current month, provided that the member has contributed for that month.
8.2)2. If the member has not contributed for that month, then all syndicate benefits will cease immediately.
8.2)3. Your syndicate benefits and pay outs will cease upon finalising your membership termination. No further pay outs will be awarded after your membership is terminated and/or final payment is processed.
8.2)4. Any funds owing to the terminating member will be paid directly to their bank account, provided they do not fall into the conditions of section 8.3) of this agreement.
8.3) Syndicate operators may terminate a member’s membership due to malicious intent, fraud, illegal involvement, continuous late contributions, breaching of these terms and conditions, objectional behavior, negative syndicate reputation, problem gambling concerns, or any other reason that may put the NZ Dynasty Syndicate into disrepute.
8.3)1. Should a member’s membership be terminated in relation to section 8.3) of this agreement, excluding by reason of problem gambling concerns or continuous late contributions, the member involved agrees to forfeit all funds owing to them held by the syndicate treasurer and relinquish all rights and responsibilities as a moderator, administrator, or syndicate associate including any tools or software provided by the NZ Dynasty syndicate.
8.3)2. Any other costs, expenses, legal fees, or any other fees the NZ Dynasty Syndicate may incur relating to such actions either directly or indirectly in conjunction with section 8.3) of this agreement will be entirely payable by the member involved and grants the NZ Dynasty Syndicate and its associates full financial and legal indemnity surrounding this event.
9.0) Gambling Addiction and Risk
9.1) Gambling activities are highly addictive, and it is not recommended you participate in such activities should you have concerns about problem gambling. Problem gambling services are available to those in need and are encouraged to seek professional help in the first instance.
9.2) All syndicate members understand by joining the NZ Dynasty Syndicate involves high risk, which may result in losing some or all of your contribution.
10.0) Syndicate Communications
10.1) Whilst enrolled as an NZ Dynasty Syndicate member, you grant the NZ Dynasty administrators, moderators, and organisers express permission to send you communications regarding syndicate operations, updates, changes, and any other important information that we deem necessary via email.
11.0) Indemnity Clause
11.1) You agree you have not been coerced into joining the NZ Dynasty Syndicate and have made the decision on your own to join the NZ Dynasty Syndicate without influence.
11.2) You ensure by researching your lawful eligibility to participate in such syndicate activities is permitted by law, and hereby take sole responsibility for any legal prosecutions and all involved legal costs should your actions in participating in such activities were determined illegal in your region, province, state, or country.
11.3) By joining the NZ Dynasty Syndicate, you grant L_wonder Gaming, West Redemption, Team Kiwi Gaming – KiwiGal, syndicate streamers, NZ Dynasty syndicate members, administrators, moderators, and any syndicate associates full indemnity for any losses arisen by the performance or gambling actions performed on behalf of the NZ Dynasty Syndicate.
11.0) Confidentiality Clause
11.1) All details of the NZ Dynasty Syndicate operations and must remain confidential and not shared with any other person or entity during or after your syndicate membership has ceased.
11.2) Disclosure of such confidential information may result in legal proceedings against you to recover punitive damages and/or compensation arising from breaching this clause.
12.0) Variability of Terms & Conditions
12.1) The NZ Dynasty Syndicate and operators may from time to time update these terms and conditions providing 30 days notice to members before they take effect.
12.1)1. By continuing your membership as an NZ Dynasty Syndicate member, you agree to accept the changes made to these Terms & Conditions and agree to terminate your membership should you choose not to accept them.
Tier Multiplier Calculations
Syndicate Monthly Cash Runs:
1) Each member chooses a contribution tier each run. Tier 1, 2, or 3.
2) Tier 1 starts at $50 and each subsequent tier increases by $50 per tier.
3) Each member is paid their fair weight in shares depending on their contribution tier.
4) Upon reaching a withdrawal, pay out splits are calculated as follows
a) All tiers are added up to get a tier total and used for the revenue split calculations.
b) 5% Streamer commission is taken from the withdrawable total.
c) The remaining balance is divided by the tier total, giving us the split amount.
d) Each eligible contributing member tier is then multiplied by the split amount, giving us the pay out amount for that member.
5) Pay outs are made in accordance with the Syndicate agreement.
Note: As of 14/09/2023 the 5% capped syndicate fee will now be replaced with a 5% uncapped streamer commission in the event of a profit.
Syndicate Boosted Cash Runs:
1) Each member can participate in this optional run and chooses a contribution tier. Tier 1, 2, or 3.
2) Tier 1 starts at $50 and each subsequent tier increases by $50 per tier.
3) Each member is paid their fair weight in shares depending on their contribution tier.
4) The syndicate will boost the play balance with a deposit amount that is repayable upon a successful withdrawal.
5) The deposit boost will be allocated a tier number equivalent to the boosted deposit amount.
6) The amount repaid to the syndicate will not exceed the boosted amount deposited.
7) Upon reaching a withdrawal, pay out splits are calculated as follows
a) All tiers are added up to get a tier total and used for the revenue split calculations.
b) 5% Streamer commission is taken from the withdrawable total.
c) The remaining balance is divided by the tier total, giving us the split amount.
d) All eligible contributing member tiers are multiplied by the split amount, giving us the pay out amount for each member.
8) Pay outs are made in accordance with the Syndicate agreement.
